Children's offers

Children accommodated in parents' room:
Small children up to 3 years old, free, from 3 to 7 years old, € 20.00 per day, from 7 to 14 years old, € 30.00 per day and from 14 to 16 years € 35.00 per day with 3/4 board.

General terms and conditions

• Our hotel rates are quoted at ¾ luxury board per person per day, with all Salten inclusive services and inclusive of all taxes. For a minimum stay of less than 3 days, a 10% surcharge will be applied.
• Rooms can be occupied from 2pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on your day of departure. We request your understanding in that, although room categories can be booked, specific rooms and floors can not. Room allocation is arranged by the hotel. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 7pm.
• Early departures: Your room will be charged at up to 3 extra days.
• Single room occupancy surcharge: If a double room is occupied by one person, a surcharge of € 20.00 per day will be applied.
• Cancellations: Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday. For cancellations made at least 30 days before your date of arrival, no cancellation charges will be made, but your deposit will be retained. For later cancellations, a cancellation charge of 70% of the agreed price of your booked stay will be applied. We recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance.
  
• Tip: make a travel insurance
• Dogs can only be accommodated after prior agreement with the hotel. We charge € 7.00 per day for kennelling (without food). We request your understanding in that dogs are not permitted in the dining room, winter garden, sunbathing area and health and vitality areas.
• Large free car park available.
• The hotel bill can be paid in cash, cheque or by credit card.
• Children under 14 years old are not permitted in the health and vitality area excepting on Family Sauna days
• Getting here by train: We will pick you up from the Bozen or Meran station free of charge.
• Hotel services where a supplement is payable: wellness baths, massages, Salten Private Spa Suite, well-being packages, Internet point, BusCard Meran for a small fee.
• For the kids: kids play house and swing, children's cot and high chair, large children's play park nearby.
• Info for smokers: All our rooms, bar, dining room and health and vitality area are no-smoking zones! If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony or terrace, where an outside-ashtray has been provided.
