Our hotel rates are quoted at ¾ luxury board per person per day, with all Salten inclusive services. They depend on the position, size and comfort of the rooms. No discounts or refunds are made for unused services or unused meals.
The room shown may be equipped differently, space and furniture differences are possible.
The above indicated prices are quoted without the tourist tax to 3,10€ per person per day, and has to be paid on the spot.

Single room occupancy surcharge: If a double room is occupied by one person, a surcharge of 40,00€ per day will be applied.
Hotel services where a supplement is payable: massages, well-being packages.
Info for smokers: All our rooms, bar, dining room and indoor swimming pool and wellness area are no-smoking zones! If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony or terrace, where an outside-ashtray has been provided.
Free internet access!
The hotel bill can be paid in cash, cashcard, bank transfer or credit card.

Rooms can be occupied from 2pm on your day of arrival. They should be vacated by 11am on your day of departure. We request your understanding in that, although room categories can be booked, specific rooms and floors can not. Room allocation is arranged by the hotel. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 7pm.
Early departures: Your room will be charged at up to 3 extra days.

Getting here by train: good idea! For a transfer from Bolzano train station to Hotel Salten we charge €40.00 per journey, from Merano €20.00

Dogs are also welcome. However, we ask you to make an explicit request to bring your four-legged friend along. In the dining room, bar, garden, swimming pool, sauna and in the suites, access for dogs is not allowed. The price for dogs is € 20.00 per day (without food).

DEPOSIT
In order to confirm your reservation, we request a deposit of € 200.00 via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation

Our cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge (except for the deposit).
• For cancellations made 30 days to 8 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked stay.
• For cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival, we charge 80% of the total price.
• In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.
• In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily price will be charged per unused day.

Our cancellation conditions are applied regardless of whether the cancelled room can be re-rented to other guests.

Cancellation, non-arrival or premature departure is a unilateral breach of contract which, according to art. 1218 cc, obliges to pay compensation.
